Mike Barney with his wife Amber own Exterior Qualities Home Improvement. Together they share more than 25 years in the home remodeling, home improvement and commercial remodeling industry with comprehensive knowledge of the entire remodeling process.

Mike has spent his entire career in the home remodeling industry, beginning when he was 18 working as a roofer. Mike worked his way up from roofer to fulfilling his dream when he opened Exterior Qualities Home Improvement in 2001. Wanting to balance his strong field experience with his clear understanding of all aspects of the remodeling business, Mike initially concentrated his time in the field but has begun 2015 with new found success in the sales and marketing of Exterior Qualities Home Improvement.

Amber Barney - Owner
In 2014 Amber accepted the challenge of coming from part-time to full-time managing of the Exterior Qualities office and service team. Her management strengths and strong insight to both people and management has opened new opportunities and brought balance to Exterior Qualities in new and wonderful ways.
